Welcome To Inner Peace Therapy

Counselling to help you live a happy and positive life

Difficult emotions…

When life gets tough it can sometimes be hard to know what to do to put things right again.

Difficult emotions and feelings that we can experience are not always easy to change on our own, especially for the long-term at Inner Peace Therapy I understand that. Probably the most important aspect of counselling apart from feeling now is the time to make changes is finding a therapist with whom you are comfortable with and I understand that too.

As a professional Counsellor my belief is that counselling can help make sense of things in your life again. Counselling can make real differences in how you feel and act in your life.

There is no problem too big or too small, as counselling is there for you, to make your life better and how you want it to be.

All counselling sessions are confidential and provide time for you to able to to be free to talk about anything on your mind. By having the personal space to talk freely you will start to see situations more clearer and begin to feel more confident in decision making, improve your self-esteem and the benefits may start to flow out into your daily life.

Here are some of the issues people seek help from a counsellor for:
Anxiety * Depression * Bereavement * Addiction * Panic Attacks * Personal Development * Relationship Issues * Stress * Anger Issues * Trauma and Crisis * Abuse * Loss * Life Changes

Inner Peace Therapies offers counselling to help you live a happy and positive life.
